18. You Have To Eat Food That Will Give You Energy

You know full well that it's a clever idea to always eat something that will boost your energy levels, but all you want is something greasy that will inevitably make you want to go for a nap. Instead of eating foods that are actually good for energy like bananas, brown rice and sweet potatoes, you eat jelly babies and chocolate... in bulk. Thusly creating a vicious cycle of being tired, hangry and then tired again.
