Woh, woh, woh! We understand Celiac is a disease, and certain foods like shellfish and nuts can send people into serious anaphylactic shock, and we appreciate that. What makes it so irritating is the fact so many people simply go for the gluten free choice because it's deemed healthier now, or they're vegetarian because they've chosen to be (but chicken stock is okay). These bogus "special requirement" hipsters mess up the entire kitchen flow with their inconsistent lies. Oh, and pray tell us why anyone order a pizza with both a gluten and dairy intolerance?
