12. Making Up Everyone's Birth Certificates
There are many problems when it comes to making up birth certificates and the majority of them can be solved by skipping all of the details and just putting in the child's name and their bear's name. And of course you get called over by customers who ask you what their email address is, because apparently you know everything in the whole world.
