These partners are basically just other people learning either the same language as you or they may be learning your language so will have real life conversations with you to fast-track your learning. And finally, the app takes a bit of a relaxed approach in how you learn. Tandem is all about having fun while developing a new language. The languages on Tandem so far are English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese.
