Pictured in West Berlin in 1969, Hefner (left) and his then girlfriend Barbara Benton were served sweets on a tray by a little Bunny. It seems bizarre to have dressed up a little child in such a way and have them serve Hefner, but such was the period of sexual liberation during the late-1960s that this was seen as acceptable. It's likely you wouldn't see something like this in the 21st Century - and probably rightly so...
