One of my favourites is Pat O'Brien's at Universal CityWalk. Designed to be an authentic reproduction of the New Orlean's original, Pat O'Brien's has an outdoor patio area, main bar and the Piano bar.

The amazing piano players take requests and encourage the crowd to sing along. Whilst you're there also treat yourself to a Hurricane, with lots of rum; it's both delicious and deadly.
