31. Do You Hug, Shake Hands Or High Five?

This is why the majority of Europe have it down; two kisses on the cheek and you're done, you don't need to worry if going in for a kiss on the cheek is even appropriate and when it is, do you go in for just one or two? When the other person is attractive you're praying it's a kiss on each cheek and one on the kips but that isn't a standard form of greeting anywhere in the world. So when people go in for a hug and you have your hand out, you need to remove it quickly so you don't hit them in the crotch; but then they see that you have your hand out so they go for a fist pump and no one knows what on earth is going on in the world and someone will probably get hit in the face.
