5 Famous Musician Ghost Hauntings

1. Tupac Shakur

New York City's Tupac Shakur is generally regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all-time. His work helped shine a spotlight on various social issues that affected inner cities and also addressed inequality.

In 1996, when he was just 25, Shakur was shot multiple times at a traffic stop and would later die in the hospital. His shooters remain at large, and there are several theories as to who may have been behind the incident.

According to the Thrillist, following his death, there have been sightings of a mysterious individual wearing a bandana in Las Vegas, near the place he was murdered. It's been said that this individual resembles the late rapper. Of course, given that it's Las Vegas we're talking about, a high-end impersonator can't be entirely ruled out either.

Shakur's spirit has also been known to make personal visits, at least according to fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Lamar claims that the deceased star visited him while he was resting on his mom's couch. As the story goes, Tupac essentially told Lamar to keep up the good work and make sure his (Shakur's) "music doesn't die."

It would seem Lamar doesn't have much to worry about; Shakur's music doesn't appear to be in danger of dying anytime soon.
