Her latest play thing, Brahim Zaibat has been given the boot at the age of 25 - presumably because he's getting too old. The singer insists on reinventing herself at every corner, but a long term monogamous relationship seems to have alluded her thus far. Despite this, all signs are pointing towards a reconciliation of Madge and Sean Penn. The two were a couple from 1986 to 1989, during the peak of Madonna's still thriving pop career. The pair are amongst the most respected people in showbiz, with Sean Penn appearing in critically acclaimed films "I Am Sam" and "Milk" (the latter coincidentally written by Dustin Lance Black). Madonna doesn't need any introduction, she is after all the biggest selling female solo artist of all time. Now that's power. Rumours of Sean and Madonna rekindling their flame arose when Madonna went to visit Sean on a charity trip to Haiti. Madonna's son Rocko also went along for the ride, so she may have introduced him to her former flame. There are even whispers that Madonna could be spending Christmas with Sean...a pretty big deal for ex-lovers thats for sure. Having Sean and Madonna again will be a throwback to the mid-80's, a time when the hair was bigger and relationships lasted years, not days. It would be a revamp of a show biz legacy and one that we would love to see in 2014.
