A broad range of areas are covered: world news such as the unrest in Syria, "WTF" news (which has previously included a story about a nine-year-old giving birth), and "Douchebag of the Day," which is kind of self-explanatory. The most alluring aspect of the show has to be Phil's personality. His take on issues and other general areas of life are great to listen to. If all this has not given you enough reason to check this channel out, Defranco also does a segment entitled "Sexy Time News," which, um, some may find interesting.
