3. Clive Owen
Lovely Clive has grown this finely preened pencil moustache for Steven Soderbergh's new period drama 'The Knick', which revolves around the ground-breaking practices and lives of the staff at New York's Knickerbocker Hospital. He is therefore taking part in Movember by default, and it's most likely not even his intention. But that's absolutely fine. It's a fairly inoffensive and forgettable slither of hair that does nothing to excite or inspire. It beats Ashton Kutcher's efforts, but that's nothing to be proud of. I realise it's for a role, but we know Clive is capable of growing a fuller and more prodigious beast, such as the glorious handlebar as seen when he portrayed author Ernest Hemmingway. I thus don't see Clive Owen reaching his full potential here he can offer the world of facial hair so much more.
