Its not something you can just fix by taking a pill or sleeping it off. However, there are ways you can reduce the difficulties it brings into your daily life. It all starts by realizing you suffer from a disorder (and get diagnosed for it) and that its not part of who you are. Tasks can be managed by keeping a timer nearby when doing activities that could take a while to complete, making lists of things that need doing and by sleeping regularly, eating healthily and exercising frequently. The important thing for you is to know that youre not alone in your battle, so if you do suffer from A.D.D or A.D.H.D, forward this article to those who you wish could understand the disorder.
