8. Kapu Kuialua
Kapu Kuialua is an ancient Hawaiian martial art also known as Lua. This form of hand-to-hand combat mostly focusses on the business of breaking bones and locking out joints, but also has an impressive range of weapons that you would not want to find yourself at the sharp end of.
