7. The Ex-Bartender (Or One With A Night Off)
They say that doctors are the worst patients to have, because chances are they have already diagnosed their own disease and are waiting for you to either mess up or give them the medication they need because they aren't allowed to write up prescriptions for themselves. The same practise often applies to any patron of a bar that is either a bartender or has worked as one. While these customers aren't always annoying, they usually are in one of two ways. The first is the bartender with the night off, which is great for them, but while they are enjoying themselves and having fun, you are stuck behind the bar slaving away at the various orders of drinks. It can be nice to have bartenders coming in on their night off, because they are usually friendly and compassionate to your cause, but it doesn't reduce the pang of envy you have when you see them having a good time while you are stuck behind the bar serving customer after customer. The second is the ex-bartender, usually with multiple years of experience at some bar you've probably never heard of. They are incredibly similar to the "Amateur Mixologist", the difference is that the ex-bartender should know better.
