8 Problems With Being The New Person In The Office
4. Coffee For 30?
Getting up from your desk to go make yourself a coffee could be a risky business. Everyone else may also want one. If someone's offered to make you a coffee that day, it's only polite you return the favour. But if someone overhears you offering - they'll all pipe up. A 30 person tea round requires time and professional barista skills - something you just don't have. And there's always one who has 'special' milk in the fridge for his lactose intolerance or only has decaf (what's the point). If you do get cornered into making an entire round - write it down. And make sure you give everyone the right mug!
