6. Harry Potter Christmas

Universal Orlando Resort got us all excited for Christmas way back in sunny April with the announcement of the holiday's coming to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

If you have ever read the books or seen the movies you will know that Christmas and Hogwarts go together like Chocolate Frogs and Butterbeers. There'll be festive food galore at Diagon Alley, beautiful decorations at Hogsmede and you can even catch the frog choir preparing for the big performance.

The most exciting thing about Christmas coming to the Wizarding World will be the nightly light display on Hogwarts Castle. Over at Orlando's sister park in Hollywood, they have already introduced a spectacular castle light display. I can only imagine that something epically amazing will be coming to Islands of Adventure.

Of course Christmas at Universal isn't all about Harry Potter. Macy's will once again return with their unbelievable parade, but this time they will be joined by Minions, Shrek and the stars of Madagascar.

Christmas this year will be bigger and better than ever before running from Nov 18th to Jan 6th.
