Police Academy Megaphone It's Friday night. It's been a long week, and you're meeting up with friends at the pub. You were made aware of the night out due to George posting a group invite via Facebook. God bless social media. Everyone's there, except Mark. Oh, it's always Mark! Then you get a phone call. It's Mark. Obviously the pub is bursting at the seams with the amount of people there after an arduous week in a job they despise, and they're all buzzing away in millions of separate conversations. You can hardly hear your friend sitting next to you, let alone Mark on a lousy phone connection. But you try regardless. You duck below the table, cover your other ear, and scream to him that everyone is here, to hurry up, and that you're upstairs at the far table near the women's toilets. Only Mark can't hear you, naturally. He asks you to repeat yourself several times, until you get frustrated, hang up, and just send him a text message €“ which he should have just done in the first place.
