Yet, while many are open and honest about the work they've had done - without judgement in most cases (unless it's gone spectacularly wrong) - others vehemently deny having had any work, despite evidence proving otherwise in plain view. Clearly, the pressure to maintain a certain level of beauty in the limelight can be quite intimidating and many either feel too proud or embarrassed to admit that they have turned to the scalpel for help.
