Everybody's favourite attention-seeker is clearly no stranger to the surgeon's office and is often seen sporting new features, yet she still denies it to the end. She's only ever admitted to having a little Botox injected into her face from time to time. Plastic surgeons can tell you exactly what Kim's had done though and it's a lot more than just Botox. She's been accused of having had rhinoplasty, breast implants, chin surgery, laser hair removal and of course, butt implants. "I'm totally not against plastic surgery," she told Nightline in 2010, but quickly let them know that she wouldn't do it herself.
"Don't take life too seriously. No one gets out alive anyway."
