Pokémon remains a juggernaut of an anime franchise that reaches far and wide in its influence and fandom. A great many childhoods (and, dare we suggest, adulthoods) have been consumed by the collection and training of these pocket monsters, whether on TV and movie screens or in the palms of our hands via trading cards and the countless video games.
Given the many generations of Pokémon that have been added to the evergrowing list since the carefree days of Ash Ketchum and Pikachu, only the most devoted Pokémaniacs could possibly identify them all. Expanding from the original 151 Pokémon to well over 800, expertise of the franchise has steadily become more of an undertaking, with so many names, forms and types to remember.
It would be only too easy to point a little red device at a Pokémon and have it provide a full description, of course. A true expert would know every single Pokémon from the curves of their heads to the colours of their toes. Think that's you? Then put away that Pokédex and get cracking.
To catch them is the real test.. but to NAME them is your cause!
