55. Ash Ketchum Vs. Charles Darwin
Rappers: Brian Walters (Ash) and Peter (Darwin).
This was an excellent idea for a match-up and for the most part, it delivers.
This one starts out very poorly and there aren't as many Pokemon references as there could've been given how rich Pokemon lore is, but after Darwin's first verse the writing improves considerably and both rappers drop some absolutely brutal lines on their opponent.
It's a very funny and savage showdown in which both of them feel evenly matched, and therefore it's one of the better season five episodes.

Darwin: "And it was hard losing my daughters and their brother / As hard as the wood that Oak gave your mother."
