Every Epic Rap Battles Of History Ranked
51. Wolverine Vs. Freddy Krueger
Rappers: Lloyd (Wolverine) and Wax (Krueger).
The opening episode of season six is one of many fine battles from this season, though it's also one of its weaker ones.
It suffers from two main issues. Firstly, the sudden location change to Wolverine's bedroom for his final verse is distracting and gimmicky.
Secondly, and more importantly, it's not a well-balanced battle since while Krueger's lines are good, Wolverine's are far better so this felt like a missed opportunity. After all, Krueger's got a lot to him as a character and there's plenty more that could've been done here.
Still, it's a very fun episode overall. The visuals are highly impressive, Wax and Lloyd are both hilarious and much of the writing is excellent despite the aforementioned balance issues, so this mostly does this terrific match-up justice.
