8. There Are Iconic Houses Galore

With 5 houses designed around famous movies and tv shows, there are certainly some familiar faces at this year's event. Universal has been working closely with other production companies to bring some of the most popular horror franchises to HHN.

Here are the I.P. mazes that you can experience at HHN28:

Stranger Things

You'll get to walk through Mirkwood, the Byers' home and Hawkin's National Laboratory all whilst being hunted down a Demogorgon. Expect to see all the famous moments from the first series of the hit Netflix show.

Trick 'r Treat

After the incredibly popular scare zone last year, Trick 'r Treat is finally getting its own house this year. Sam will be returning and making sure that everyone follows the rules for Halloween in this maze based on the anthology movie.

Poltergeist

One of the most iconic scary movies of all time will finally be making its debut at HHN. The maze will be based on this terrifying ghost story and feature the iconic moments including the "flickering TV screen, menacing Beast from Beyond" and you will also be guided into the light.

Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers

Steve from Stranger Things better look out as the ultimate babysitter stalker is returning to HHN28. In the past couple of years the event has had houses based on the original movie and the sequel so it seems only fitting the we see the return of Michael Myers with Halloween 4. He's escaped from prison and it's going to be a bloodbath.

The Horrors of Blumhouse

Universal have teamed up once again with Blumhouse to bring two of the Production company's latest horrors to the event. After the success of last year's maze, this house will feature Happy Death Day and The First Purge.
