Power Rangers, The Little Mermaid, Thomas the Tank Engine... all virginal and unblemished; ready for our rainbow of crayons to bring them to life. What about an anti-terrorism colouring book? Wow-wee-za! Throw an al-Qaeda pic-n-mix in there and all the kids on the yard will be crawling with jealousy.

Yet again, America have leapfrogged over the line of taste and produced a colouring book to introduce kids to ISIS.
