For the first time Christmas has truly come to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade have been decorated, bringing holiday cheer to the areas.

Although the decorations are cohesive, each shop in both the Wizarding Worlds has their own theme. Depending on the goods they sell, each window and doorway is decorated slightly differently. Madam Malkin's wreath is decorated with ribbon, Owl Post's display has feathers and The Daily Prophet has letter press blocks.

Even the Gryffindor Common Room in the Forbidden Journey queue was decked out for Christmas, with its own Christmas tree.

The decorations were beautiful and not too over the top. I loved that each store's decorations were unique as they would be in most real British villages. It really did feel even more magical when you walked through the archway at Hogsmeade.
