9. "Quarterbacks Need A Rocket Arm To Be Successful"

WRONG Some players' careers are built around sheer arm-strength, though in some cases it's like owning a hyper-powered, gas-guzzling sports car...without a steering wheel. Of course some rocket-armed players have been successful, but it's certainly not an essential component when it comes to sheer success. Tom Brady is a classic example. While he can punch out some devastatingly deep blows to his opponents, his body mechanics and feet are doing a lot of the work when it comes to consistently delivering throws. He's obviously got a strong arm, but it's not as powerful as some far inferior QBs in the league - Jay Cutler and Michael Vick being two key examples.
