Time: 11 seconds

B.J. Penn is a legend, and you probably know his name. One of the most popular lightweight fighters of all time, he is one of only two multi-weight class champions in UFC history, as he moved up to welterweight to take the belt at 170lbs as well as holding it at his more natural 155lb weight class (the other multi-weight class champ is, of course, Randy Couture).

Caol Uno, his opponent at UFC 34, happens to be something of a legend himself. Uno made his debut in 1996 and was a Shooto champ prior to facing Penn in the UFC in a bout which he would lose in just 11 seconds. That was back in 2001. Incredibly, you can still find Uno fighting professionally to this day in his native Japan, where he is currently on a six-fight win streak between Vale Tudo and Shooto. Uno is considered a pioneer in the sport, so it makes Penn's quick defeat of him all the more impressive.
