Another man on this list to have never held UFC gold - and probably the most shocking entry - is former K-1 Grand Prix winner Mark Hunt.

The Kiwi has gone 8-7 in his UFC career, which is poor by the company's standards. Upon closer inspection though, you realise he has always had tough competition fighting some of the best Heavyweights in the world one after another.

The facts are though that Hunt has only challenged one time for the title, in a fight against Fabricio Verdum in 2014. Even then this was an interim-title.

At UFC 200, Hunt took on Brock Lesnar in what was The Beast's first fight in years. However, he only earned $700,000 from that fight so where has the rest came from?

We can only guess he's been paid over £6,000,000 over the years, for having the heart to take on anyone, anywhere.
