I'm not going to knock anyone's health issues. Heart conditions are scary, tricky things - one minute you're feeling great, the next you're winded or dizzy. Apparently Struve's fainting Saturday wasn't directly related to the leaking valve, but rather an anxiety attack - but it still puts his career in jeopardy. He may never fight again. It's likely the anxiety was in part due to concern over how his heart would take getting back in the cage, which makes booking future matches a concern. The UFC did the right thing here, and should be applauded.
