The battle between Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton in 2017 could be the greatest of all time. Two multiple World Champions in competitive cars duking it out across a whole season will make for unmissable TV.

More successful than Hamilton in terms of Championships, Vettel is on the cusp of all-time greatness. Known for one of the most successful periods in Formula 1 history, he won four World Championships back-to-back from 2010 to 2013 with near unequal dominance in 2011 and 2013.

Detractors of Vettel will say that he only wins in a dominant car and he can't overtake. But the idea that you could win four World Championships and 45 races without being able to overtake is ridiculous.

Like Lewis, Vettel started young, competing for in his first race in 2007 at just 19 years of age, and he currently holds the record for the being youngest single, double, triple and quadruple World Champion. It's possible that Vettel will break more records as the years unfold. Watch this space.
