10 NFL Players Who Stole A Living

1. Michael Vick

There are worse players, and to a certain extent, Haynesworth's single contract was a even worse deal than Michael Vick's, but the controversial quarterback has cemented himself at the top of the list after earning not one, but TWO $100 million contracts, both with horrendous endings. Vick received an outrageous $130 million deal spread over a decade with the Atlanta Falcons, though three years later, he wound up with a 23 month prison sentence for involvement in a dog-fighting ring. Vick still raked in $35 million over that time. Upon his release, the Eagles handed Vick a lifeline, a shrewd $1.6 million contract for a single season. It was a controversial, but financially risk-free move. Then two years later, the Eagles broke the bank and gave Vick a stunning $100 million contract over six years. He completed five years with the Eagles though never played a full season as his career fizzled out. He endured a torrid season with the Jets, and is currently a free agent, with no realistic landing spots emerging for him.
