There's no telling quite how highly-regarded Derrick Rose would be had he not torn his ACL during the 2011 playoffs. Subsequent injuries have severely hindered his career, which once looked one of the most promising in the entire league, even yielding an MVP trophy in 2010. How he's back, and once again carrying the hopes of the Chicago on his fragile frame. The extent to which the Bulls are able to progress in these playoffs depends very much upon Rose's ability to stay healthy. When at 100%, nobody can prevent the point guard from driving successfully to the rim time and time again - he is a force of nature, and one of the quickest players in the NBA. For the sake of the Bulls' chances, and the entertainment value of the playoffs as a whole, let's hope his body holds up this time.
