7. Hard Work, Dedication
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=spn-aWP_UFE Mayweather is unquestionably blessed with outrageous physical gifts but you dont win 46 fights from 46 without absolute commitment. Stop by his gym and you will likely hear the phrase Hard work, dedication echoing around the building, and its a fitting mantra. The fighter shies away from cigarettes and alcohol, and his sweet tooth and penchant for greasy food are vices he more than makes up for with a formidable work ethic. Here, Mayweather takes us through an average training session ahead of a big fight: I do a little shadow boxing; I spar between seven and 12 rounds it all depends on how I feel and then I work the heavy bag for 20 or 30 minutes; floor work with Roger; then I work the pads with Roger; work the bodysuit with Nate ; do the speed bag; neck work with the weights; 200 sit-ups, pull-ups, dips, jump rope; and sometimes the double-end bag so its a long, long day. Then, I run between five and eight miles after training is over. Just reading it is enough to tire you out, and helps explain both how the boxer reached the top and what it takes to stay there.

I watch movies and I watch sport. I also watch movies about sport, and if there were a sport about movies I'd watch that too. The internet was the closest thing I could find.
