As we draw closer to the UFC putting on their highly-anticipated first event since sports were put on hold throughout the US, we've seen a brilliant mixture of fight preparation posts, hilarious pictures from the past and the downright weird from MMA's most dangerous athletes.

Former UFC bantamweight champion, Dominick Cruz, has been lined up to face current 135lb title holder, Henry Cejudo, at the now re-scheduled and relocated UFC 249 card and he's been using his Instagram to show training snaps and footage. However, the real gem that came from his page was when he paid homage to the greatest combat sports athlete of all time.

On the opposite side of the MMA spectrum, once UFC featherweight king, Max Holloway, showed that he's been using his quarantine time to stream himself playing video games on Twitch. Luckily for him, he managed to pull off one of the gnarliest kill shots you'll ever see on any first person shooter.
