We would have chosen Matt Mitrione, who is one a two-fight win streak, right off the bat for Mark Hunt, but the UFC has opted to pair him up with Gabriel Gonzaga in December. That's not a bad fight, but Hunt vs. Mitrione is a fight we like better. Mitrione was put to sleep by Big Country a couple of years back, but a fight with Hunt would tell us how much his game has improved since then. It's not the quickest path to a title shot for Hunt however - but it's still a good fight.
