5 Reasons Cricket On The Radio Is Better Than TV

4. You Can Listen To It At Work

Things at work have got more relaxed. Barely anyone wears ties any more. Some people wear shorts on Fridays. A great number listen to music while at their desks. But you still can’t watch TV at work. It’s just that bit too far.

You can, however, follow every ball on the radio. That’s fine. This summer, I’ll have my earbuds in all day, desperately trying not to repeat the time during the World Cup semi-final when I punched the screen after Grant Elliot hoisted Dale Steyn into the stands for the match-winning six.
