Why license a fighter who you clearly don't trust? NSAC commission member Anthony A. Marnell III, who is president of the M Resort Spa/Casino in Las Vegas, and has been involved in resort development in the area, stated that "We believe reasonable is drug testing you until the day you retire." That's great, but it's also unparalleled in the world of combat sports. It's great that they're going to put increased pressure and focus on Belfort, and it's great that they're making him foot the bill, but if his character is in question to the point that you're going to follow him around with a needle and a cup for him to pee in for the rest of his career, is it really worth it? Should you license him in the first place? Belfort's honesty and character have been brought into question before. Why not draw the line in the sand now?
