From wardrobe malfunctions to M.I.A.'s middle finger, the half time show is a staple of the Super Bowl good or bad and is often the reason given as to why so many non-NFL fans watch the Big Game. In a suitably star-studded show for its half-century, Super Bowl 50 will feature Coldplay after the second quarter as well as several special guests, including some who've performed in their own right, such as Bruno Mars (2014) and Beyonce (2013). Will it be live? That's far from certain but, with the paint-loving, piano-pounding Chris Martin at the helm during half-time, you can be sure of singalongs, spotlights and some serious colour splashes.
Happy-snapping worldly wordsmith. In between snapping street shots, tapping out stellar prose and having more hair-brained ideas than a barber with a bachelor's in business, you'll find him fumbling with the latest fitness fads and dreaming of a debut in F1 (he's a late bloomer, OK?).
