Santiago Ponzinibbio (19-2) has had one fight in the UFC, a loss to Ryan Laflare. Wendell Oliveira (24-7) has never fought in the UFC. This fight is the type of fight that would be a dark match in pro wrestling, or a Fight Pass preliminary fight on a UFC PPV or FOX Sports card. Instead it's the third fight on the main card of a Fight Pass event. It's not at all what the UFC should be doing, and although they think they're pleasing the Brazilian crowd by pandering to nationalism and including lots of Brazilian fighters, this is the type of fight, the level of fight, that fans could see on regional shows. This is a bit of a toss up, and we'll give the win to Wendell Oliveira, who is on a seven fight win streak outside the UFC, by TKO in the first. Just don't confuse Oliveira (whose nickname is War Machine) with the recently arrested MMA fighter War Machine.
