8 Possible Opponents For Conor McGregor At UFC 200

8. Urijah Faber

UFC recently announced that Urijah Faber will be facing Dominick Cruz for the UFC bantamweight championship in June. So a McGregor vs. Faber fight taking place just one-month later isn't likely. There's only one way this fight can happen, and that's if Dominick Cruz gets injured while training for his title fight against Faber. And considering Cruz's history with knee injuries, him getting hurt before the fight isn't out of the question. Faber and McGregor coached against each other on The Ultimate Fighter 22, but they never ended up fighting each other after the show concluded. In fact, they were never even scheduled to fight each other. If Faber were to impose his skill-set on McGregor, then it would be a long night for "The Notorious One." But he'd have to find a way around McGregor's significant reach advantage to do so, which hasn't exactly been the easiest task to accomplish for most of "Mystic Mac's" previous opponents. As of this moment, the only way Faber vs. McGregor will happen at UFC 200 is if Dominick Cruz gets hurt. Which again, is entirely possible.
