3. He Played For Worse Coaches

Phil Jackson is sixth among the NBA's All Time most winning coaches. He coached Jordan in each of his six championship seasons.

As of Jordan's other coaches, the only one worth mentioning is Doug Collins, who was more of a fan and a friend than someone who could control Jordan. Also, in college MJ played under Dean Smith, one of the best university coaches in history.

The best coach LeBron James played for was Erik Spoelstra. Although he never gets the respect he truly deserves, Spoelstra isn't a Hall of Fame coach, at least not yet. James won two championships under Spoelstra in Miami, the third came under Tyronn Lue, who won the title in his first season in the NBA.

While both coaches might be NBA legends one day, it's unlikely that they will enjoy the same careers as Jackson, who won eleven championship titles as a coach.
