Crystal Palace vs Arsenal - 5 Things Palace Fans Can Look Forward To

5. Defending For Their Lives

Arsenal will be looking to make amends for the appalling nature of their defeat on Sunday and they will want to start doing this early; it will be up to Palace's midfield and back four to nullify Arsenal's talented front line. We can expect Pardew to bring Mile Jedinak back, perhaps at the expense of Jordan Mutch, to help shore up the midfield, and we could see Pape Souré make way for Martin Kelly who is probably a safer bet in defence, although that will mean losing a bit of potency in attack. If Palace can get through the first half hour of the game unscathed, you can bet the travelling fans will start to get twitchy. It will then be up to Palace to capitalise on any nervousness in the Arsenal ranks.
