As reliable and as popular with fantasy league user as ever, Baines continues to dazzle and amaze us with his solid performance so far- a score of42 (more than any other defender, or anyone else in the game, for that matter) is a testament to that. While he is primarily responsible for stopping the goals, Baines has another wicked and deadly dimension to him that makes him such an asset for club and country alike: his dead-ball skills. His two free kicks in the weekend win serve to remind everyone about how much of a danger he is from set pieces. Therefore, he is an absolute must for anyone to buy for his all round contribution and his threat even he is the most dearest of defenders. Despite the price he is, to paraphrase a certain slogan, worth it.
