The list begins with the troubled Michael Vick, who's career has been blighted with incident, including 23 months in prison after being exposed as part of a dog-fighting circuit. He was the Number 1 Overall pick during the 2001 Draft, and he had a great time with the Falcons before his jail term which resulted in a faltering career with the Eagles then the Jets, and now onto the free agency market. It's unclear as to whether he will play again in the NFL, although there is some reported interest from the Seahawks and the 49ers who may snap him up after the draft.
