1. Eden Hazard (Chelsea, £32 million)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9or4Ai5LCik Voted France's Ligue 1 Player of the Year twice during his tenure at Lille OSC, and managed to rack up 50 goals and 38 assists in just over four years. Not bad considering he was a winger, not a striker, and still a teenager who initially struggled to break into the French club's first team. Hazard quickly adapted to life in England, with three assists and two penalties won in his first two league games for the London-based club. Going into the international break, his record stands at 2 goals and 6 assists in just 8 appearances in all competitions. Quite simply, Hazard is quickly making the jump from wonderkid to world-class talent, and is already establishing himself amongst the Premier League elite. While there was an air of uncertainty surrounding him before, having been arguably untested in France, he has immediately replicated his previous form and taken the league by storm. Rating: 10/10 Incredible signing.
