25. Georgia Dome - Atlanta Falcons

Another stadium ready for the chopping block is the Georgia Dome, host of the Atlanta Falcons, with domes falling out of fashion quickly around the league. The Falcons' new home should be ready by 2017, and features a space-age, pinwheel-shaped, retractable roof, though the Falcons concern will be in drumming up an atmosphere that was faltering in the dome. They infamously stooped to channelling artificial crowd noise into the arena during 2014, and were stripped of selected draft picks as punishment for the bizarre violation.
