8. Manu Tuilagi
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RGt8NQzLJ4 The only question mark surrounding Manu Tuilagi seems to be where to play him. There is no argument that he needs to be on the field. The entire team seems buoyed by his presence, and his pure bulk and power make him a terrifying prospect for oppositions. Even the imperious All Blacks are weary of his size and strength, especially now he has added a passing game and some dexterity. The Tuilagi Experiment, which consisted of moving the centre to the wing, certainly shouldn't be tried again. He did nothing wrong on the wing, and even put in an admirable performance, but the centre partnership really lacked penetration and his ability to beat the first man, as well as drawing in defenders is more than needed to put England on the front foot. New Zealand took full advantage of the lack of size in the midfield, once they realised that he wouldn't be bullied on the outside. Find the right partner for him in midfield, and stick to it.
