Top 10 Weird And Wonderful Cricketing Moments

9. Bear Witch Project

This could be Rotterdam or anywhere... Back in 2005 in the days of the C&> Trophy, Warwickshire drew the Dutch and earned themselves a trip to Rotterdam that didn't quite go to plan. Unbeknownst to the Bears (and their bus driver's sat-nav), Rotterdam's club ground had been moved and the men from Edgbaston ended up being left stranded in an empty field. Then things got a little bit Blair Witch (minus the horror and trying to shoot a documentary) as the team had to hike through the deserted woods in the rain before being picked up and taken to the ground. Upon finally arriving at the Hazelaarweg ground, a century from Nick Knight and 4-fors from Heath Streak and Neil Carter saw the Bears victorious by 23 runs.
