Noah Lessing, Marla Gilmore, James Morrow, Brian Sofin, Angelo Tassoni, you are hereby stripped of rank. You'll be expected to serve as crewmen on this vessel…

Pardon me, Captain. Don't mean to interrupt the dressing-down, but that hardly seems like enough of a punishment for…

… Your privileges will be limited, and you'll serve under close supervision for as long as I deem fit.

Oh, no, sorry. My bad! They won't be able to use the holodeck either, I see, and Tuvok will be Tuvok-ing around them. Spot on! We did consider the brig, right? No… I'll see myself out.

Aaaand, scene.

What that dramatic recreation of this writer's psyche tells us is that a) there's no more coffee in that nebula, and b) the Equinox Final Five got away very very lightly with their participation in the mass murder of an alien species. Ransom and the rest had already paid the price for their actions by desiccation and a warp core explosion, although that's justice only on nucleogenic terms.

In theory, James Morrow did appear later (very briefly) in Drive and Author, Author, as did Brian Sofin (in the corridor to say goodbye to Neelix) in Homestead. We didn't hear another peep out of speaking roles Marla Gilmore and Noah Lessing (spoiler alert: Cyyyylon!), however. We can only assume they got back to Earth with the rest of Voyager, all the while getting away with murder. Maybe they were beamed off to Starfleet HQ before Voyager did any victory lap (again) over the Golden Gate Bridge!
