Mark Strong is a brilliant actor but just seems unable to find that right fit for a TV show despite a few noble attempts. This spy-action thriller hasn't managed to turn that trend around.
It can definitely pull off a good action scene, plus the addition of Walton Goggins to the main cast this season, is promising - but as is, this is a fairly standard retread of Homeland, without much new to say about the genre.
